Our fabrication work is performed in-house by AORC co-owner Kyle and fabricator Chris, who has worked alongside Kyle for five years. With two welding setups, an in-house tube bender and plasma table, we can fabricate, modify and reinforce components when an off-the-shelf part isn’t the right solution for the build.

Yes. AORC installs everything from leveling and lift kits to complete aftermarket suspension systems for Jeeps, trucks, Broncos, Toyotas and other 4x4s. We can also repair or replace worn suspension components and help choose a suspension setup based on your vehicle, tire size and how you actually use your rig.
Yes! American Off-Road Customs offers in-house 4x4 fabrication and welding in Las Vegas for custom Jeeps, trucks, Broncos and Toyota off-road builds. Our fabrication team works on custom brackets, mounts, reinforcement and suspension, steering and armor-related projects. We have in-house welding equipment and a tube bender, allowing us to develop custom solutions for builds that need more than standard bolt-on upgrades.
Yes. AORC performs axle regearing and gear upgrades for Jeeps and trucks, including helping select the proper gear ratio for your tire size and vehicle setup. Regearing can help restore lost performance and improve drivability after installing larger tires. American Off-Road Customs
Yes. AORC repairs both stock and modified Jeeps, trucks and other 4x4s, including vehicles with aftermarket suspension, steering, wheels, tires and other upgrades. Our technicians can diagnose problems, replace worn or damaged components, perform maintenance, or help correct issues with an existing build.
Yes. AORC performs alignments on stock, lifted and heavily modified Jeeps, trucks and other 4x4s. We also offer custom alignments for vehicles with aftermarket suspension components that require additional adjustments beyond a standard alignment.
Yes. AORC diagnoses Jeep death wobble by inspecting steering and suspension components, ball joints, hubs, tires, steering geometry, alignment and other possible causes of the wobble. Because death wobble can have multiple contributing factors, we diagnose the vehicle before recommending repairs instead of simply replacing parts. American Off-Road Customs
Yes. AORC offers financing options that can be used for upgrades, repairs and complete custom builds, with 4 current options currently available through American First Finance and Koalafi on our website, or we can send you links to the others. Financing is subject to approval and the individual provider's terms.
Yes, AORC can install customer-supplied parts, but we recommend contacting us first to make sure the parts are correct for your vehicle and the installation you're planning. We can also source parts from leading off-road manufacturers and handle the ordering, tracking and professional installation for you.
