One of the best off road shops in town. They know Jeeps and are enthusiasts. I like to support local small businesses that have qualified trained professionals like AORC. Their prices are competitive and fair. Remember that cheap labor isn't skilled and skilled labor isn't cheap. I do alot of my own work to my Jeep, but what I cannot do myself due to lack of tools or knowledge I trust to let Jonathan, Kyle and their stellar crew to handle.

The team at AORC got my Jeep back to off-roading! I shipped it from NJ where it was stored outside for a couple of years and they diagnosed and fixed all issues I’ve had to date…too many to list. Needless to say I will continue to go to them for any of my Jeep’s needs. Thanks AORC Team!

I'm impressed in the work they have done on my jeep. Both Jonathan and Kyle gave good advice on what upgrades I needed done based on my want and needs. No pressure sales and timely repairs/upgrades as expected. Once I've completed the upgrades that I so desire on my JK, they'll be working on my wife's jeep in the near future.

Friendly, professional service that you need and competitive prices that you want. I'm very impressed with how the shop is set up. It's clean, comfortable and inviting, just like the staff.
They clearly communicate with you on what you'd like to get done to your rig. They gave us options without upselling us things we didn't need.
The proposal was emailed in a timely manner and when we had questions, Jonathan got right back after research with a favorable answer.

After to going to a few other shops in town it was nice to end up at American off road customs, where they got to know us and our JK before selling us our lift. They asked many questions of what we were intending to do with our Jeep, and then came up with a plan of what lift would be suitable for our needs. After having the 3.5 game changer lift, rock lights, axle swap, fender system, wheels & tires, up down air installed....the quote was spot on to the work that was done, no hidden charges. We decided after all work was done at our own discretion took our Jeep in for a alignment....the alignment shop had to make 0 adjustments to the alignment and the technician made a comment “who ever did this lift did a great job, it’s spot on” of course we were happy to hear that. 😊 We will continue to go to them for all of our vehicle needs.

What an amazing group of people to work with. It’s not often you find people with the core beliefs that if you take care of the customer they will be back. Well with that said after dealing with a dealership (mistake #1 we made) that had over charged us and did not finish the work that was paid for, A.O.R.C. stepped in and absolutely amazed us from start to finish. The communication is something to be admired, the whole process we were informed of what needed to be done and with options and recommendations. They are not trying to sell you, or do anything you don’t want. They are honestly one of the best shops we have had, do work on any of our rigs. We have owned many vehicles over the years all over the country and we are excited to know we have locals that take pride in what they do. Needless to say we had very specific idea on what we wanted to accomplish and gave them a very detailed plan. Like most Jeep owners we have a scheme or an idea of what our Jeep is going to look like. Like most Jeep owners we don’t like being told what we need to do, It’s our Jeep and we will build it the way we want to. This was never a thought, suggestion or implied by A.O.R.C. Completely understands that everyone has different needs, ideas, and income. I don’t think I can say enough praise about A.O.R.C. on the way they approach every vehicle and how individuality is what makes each vehicle special. All Jeeps matter. Back on track. I was absolutely amazed at the quality of work and how what they did was beyond what we had expected. The craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail was on point. We feel like the work will last forever. I cannot thank everyone at American Off-road customs enough.
